William R. Brown, III, owner and founder of Brown 3 Plumbing Company, Incorporated, has, since entering the plumbing trade, had the desire to own his plumbing business.  Having been in the trade for over thirty years, he has gained extensive knowledge in the plumbing field.
 
William Brown's accomplishments include graduation from the Mandela/WIST Training Pre-Apprenticeship Program.  He has also completed the Oakland Police Department Citizens Police Academy; he is active in his church as a member of Grace Baptist Church, 705 98th Avenue, Oakland, CA; he is also active in his neighborhood Beat 33X/34X Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council (NCPC); he is a member and volunteer of the City of Oakland's Elmhurst Library upkeep and maintenance.
 
William Brown continues his plumbing education by attending classes at UA Local 342.
